🍗 Butter Chicken Recipe
🛒 Ingredients:

For the Marinade:
- 500g chicken (boneless, cut into cubes)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste

For the Gravy:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 3 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1 tbsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
🔥 Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt.
- Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best flavor).

Cook the Chicken:
- Heat oil in a pan and grill the chicken pieces until golden brown.
- Set aside.

Prepare the Gravy:
- In the same pan, add butter and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
- Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- Add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.

Combine & Simmer:
- Add the cooked chicken to the gravy.
- Stir in fresh cream and kasuri methi.
- Let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

Garnish & Serve:
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
