🍗 Chicken Tikka RecipeIngredients:500g boneless chicken (cut into cubes)1/2 cup yogurt2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste1 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp mustard oil (or any cooking oil)1 tbsp red chili powder1/2 tbsp turmeric powder1 tbsp garam masala1 tbsp coriander powder1 tbsp cumin powder1 tbsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves, optional)Salt to tasteFresh coriander and lemon wedges for garnishFor Smoky Flavor (Optional)1 piece of charcoal---Instructions:✅ 1. Marinate the Chicken:In a large bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, mustard oil, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, kasuri methi, and salt.Add the chicken cubes and coat them well.Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours (overnight for better flavor).✅ 2. Cook the Chicken:On a Grill or Tandoor: Preheat the grill. Skewer the marinated chicken pieces and grill them on medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and charred.In an Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Place the chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.On a Pan: Heat some oil in a pan. Cook the chicken on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.✅ 3. Add Smoky Flavor (Optional):Heat the charcoal until red hot.Place a small steel bowl in the center of the cooked chicken.Add the hot charcoal to the bowl, drizzle a few drops of oil or ghee over it, and cover immediately for 3-4 minutes.✅ 4. Serve:Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lemon wedges.Serve hot with mint chutney, onion rings, and naan or roti.Enjoy your  chicken tikka!
