Mix Vegetable Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup French beans (chopped)
- 1/2 cup diced potatoes
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1 medium tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) for garnish
Instructions:

Preparation:
- Wash and chop all the vegetables into small, even-sized pieces.

Cooking:
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add Vegetables:
- Add potatoes and carrots first. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add cauliflower, beans, and peas. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Finishing Touch:
- Sprinkle garam masala and mix.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
